I launched a blog, Fromage For You in 2012, to share cheese and educate people about the artisan cheese industry. This passion took me to Antonelli’s Cheese Shop where I was the Director of Wholesale and educated and sold the best artisan cheese to the best chefs in the Austin, San Antonio, and Hill Country areas - not excluding brewers, wine makers and retailers. The pinnacle of time at Antonelli's was working with Texas cheese makers and creating a program that launched a variety of the best Texas producers into Whole Foods and Central Markets across the Lone Star State. After I left, I moved to Southern Oregon to be part of the Rogue Creamery sales team where I oversaw regional, national, and export sales of the world's best organic blue cheese. By all means, I am a cheese expert, getting certified as a Certified Cheese Professional in 2017, competing in the Cheesemonger Invitational NYC, and a Spring cheese board feature in Culture Cheese Magazine. I currently reside in Austin, Texas where cheese pop-ups & dinners consume my life, like Rasam and Cheese - an event that fuses South Indian rasam with artisan cheese in a dinner party vibe - and a self-produced magazine called "Fromage For You" highlighting my favorite cheeses.
